We do not accept returns after 7 days of purchase. The product should not be altered, worn, or washed.

No, we are unable to process an exchange. You will get a refund for returned items. In case you need another size or color, you would have to place a new order.

As soon as we have received your returned items, we will send you an email, along with if your request has been approved. We will then credit your original payment method for a refund.

Yes you can! Once you do, the amount will be credited to your BASEC user account, which you can use for another purchase. In case you have used a payment method and a voucher, we will first credit you back on your original payment method, and then credit your account for the voucher.  

Unfortunately, we can only refund back to the card you made the order on. 

No, you will have to return them in the original packaging with tags attached.

Yes, your order can be delivered to both your residential address and workplace. Just make sure someone is there at the time of delivery. 

For security reasons, this is not possible. If you're not in during the time of delivery, you can rearrange a time with the carrier.

Someone needs to be at the place of delivery to confirm that it has been delivered. If not, another delivery time can be arranged.

You won't be able to set a specific delivery time, but you will be noted in advance before your delivery is sent to you. You can also track your order online, to check how far it has reached.

Our order turnaround time is quick, and due to this, it is not possible to change your delivery address, option or method of payment. 

You can, however, cancel and place a new order within a stipulated time limit by contacting us asap.
